  1. Discuss strategies for the management of esophageal and gastric cancers, including endoscopic versus surgical approaches, perioperative immunotherapy, targeted therapy, biomarkers, and mechanisms of resistance.

  2. Review emerging approaches in colorectal cancer care, including ctDNA-based minimal residual disease assessment, hepatic artery infusion pumps, immunotherapy in MSS disease, precision oncology, and total neoadjuvant therapy for rectal cancer.

  3. Describe the clinical implications of KRAS-directed advances in gastrointestinal cancers and their role in transforming historically undruggable targets into actionable treatment strategies.

  4. Explain recent advances in pancreatic cancer detection, resectability assessment, tumor microenvironment modulation, and emerging therapeutic targets.

  5. Evaluate PRRT sequencing strategies, targeted therapy, and emerging treatment options for neuroendocrine tumors.

  6. Review current and emerging approaches for hepatobiliary cancers, including locoregional therapy, immunotherapy sequencing, biology-driven treatment selection, and expanding precision oncology targets in cholangiocarcinoma.
